What is washer screw
Before the beginning to understand washer screw we should know other information about washing process in mining. In the materials obtained in the stream bed 0-5 mm of soil is used for the separation of impurities in crushed stones and to obtain the washed product. They are used to prevent sand from sliding together with water. According to their capacities, washer screws are offered to customers as single and double spirals. After the subsidence of the washed material to the base, this material is drained by the spiral helix leaves and discharged through the discharge grooves. Water and sludge come out of their own channels. Spiral sheets are made of high quality sheet, then these sheets are covered with rubber to prevent wear. Moreover, these coated rubbers are removable and wearable. It has high capacity and it is designed to minimize leakage during washing of the high polluted minerals which are have to be washed. The most recognized washers are flat washers and spring washers, and most people are familiar with their use. Many, however, may have been using them out of habit without ever thinking about it.
Purpose of using washer screw
Washer screws are used for multiple purposes when mechanical parts are assembled. Here are some usages for washer screws. Some washers have a special design that attempts to help keep the nut and bolt from coming loose. It could be used under the bolt head in instances where the bolt screws into threads in one part of the assembly. A washer is sometimes used to protect the surface of the assembled parts. A nut or bolt head being turned during the tightening process can mar the part surface around the hole and a washer can be used to take the abuse as opposed to the part. This may be particularly applicable when the parts are a softer material such as plastic, brass or aluminum and a washer made of a harder material is used. Sometimes a thin material is part of the assembly and a larger diameter washer is used to help distribute the pressure of the tight bolt across a larger part of the thin material.
