They provide cleaning and washing by separating the materials up to 55-60 microns from other materials. Water consumption required for washing the material is very high. Water consumption is minimized by water recovery thanks to dewatering screener.
The surfaces in contact with the material are covered with a rubber lining that is resistant to abrasion. Wear resistance of polyurethane sieve wires is very high. Investment is high but operating cost is quite low, easy to operate and trouble-free.
